Our Team

Todd A. Justice started Atlantic Technology Services, Inc. in April of 2006, with the desire to provide comprehensive, enterprise-level technology expertise to the Mid-Atlantic region. He has over 25 years of experience in business technology starting in IT. He grew in knowledge and offerings including Telecom, Access Control and Video Surveillance. Todd currently holds Cisco’s prestigious CCNP Route and Switch certification, as well as VMWare’s VCP 5.5 Datacenter Certification. He also has his A+, Network+ and CTP certifications, as well as numerous manufacturer certifications.

Todd is a classic car enthusiast and enjoys traveling and relaxing on the Assateague Island OSV with his two children, Nicolas and Katelyn.

Chad arrived on board in February of 2020. He began his Information Technology career with NASA while attending Salisbury University. During this time, Chad was a critical team member for various orbital launch missions. His experience expands from supporting various government agencies and contractors such as Northrup Grumman and Lockheed Martin, to working on various projects for the United States Navy and the Marine Corp.

Chad is an "outdoorsman" at heart. He enjoys fishing, hunting, surfing and traveling the world with his wife of ten years and their three children.

Brian joined ATS in March of 2021 and quickly proved to be a key aspect of our support services. Born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Brian has a passion for IT. With over 3 years of experience in the industry, he has honed his skills in Computer Information Systems. Brian holds an A.A.S degree with a focus on Support & Networking from Wor-Wic Community College. Brian is committed to expanding his knowledge in IT systems as he is actively pursuing his Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their new baby.

Nick started with ATS as an intern while attending Salisbury University. After completing his internship, he joined the team full-time in October of 2022. Nick received his Bachelors Degree from Salisbury University in Information Systems, with a minor in Accounting. He is currently working towards obtaining his certifications and assists the team in our daily operations and projects.

In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his family & friends, watching football (Go Pats!) and traveling with his wife.
