Our Team

Todd A. Justice started Atlantic Technology Services, Inc. in April of 2006, with the desire to provide comprehensive, enterprise-level technology expertise to the Mid-Atlantic region. He has over 25 years of experience in business technology starting in IT. He grew in knowledge and offerings including Telecom, Access Control and Video Surveillance. Todd currently holds Cisco’s prestigious CCNP Route and Switch certification, as well as VMWare’s VCP 5.5 Datacenter Certification. He also has his A+, Network+ and CTP certifications, as well as numerous manufacturer certifications.

Todd is a classic car enthusiast and enjoys traveling and relaxing on the Assateague Island OSV with his two children, Nicolas and Katelyn.

Chad arrived on board in February of 2020. He began his Information Technology career with NASA while attending Salisbury University. During this time, Chad was a critical team member for various orbital launch missions. His experience expands from supporting various government agencies and contractors such as Northrup Grumman and Lockheed Martin, to working on various projects for the United States Navy and the Marine Corp.

Chad is an "outdoorsman" at heart. He enjoys fishing, hunting, surfing and traveling the world with his wife of ten years and their three children.

Brian joined ATS in March of 2021 and quickly proved to be a key aspect of our support services. Born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Brian has a passion for IT. With over 3 years of experience in the industry, he has honed his skills in Computer Information Systems. Brian holds an A.A.S degree with a focus on Support & Networking from Wor-Wic Community College. Brian is committed to expanding his knowledge in IT systems as he is actively pursuing his Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their new baby.

Susan joined the team in July 2024 with over 18 years of marketing and communications experience in varying industries including technology and propane/oil. She also has years of experience in freelance writing and graphic design. She graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts and a minor in Graphic Design.

In her spare time, Susan enjoys serving in her church and spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their baby girl, who was born in February 2024.

Amanda joined the team in December 2024. She brings with her 16 years of administrative and managerial experience, specifically in the healthcare industry. She's currently in pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree in Business with Wilmington University.

In her spare time, she serves at her local food pantry, and enjoys reading, cooking, going for walks and practicing yoga. Some important things to her include God, her husband Tommy, her 2 daughters, her dogs and her friends.
